Typography Research Poster
This poster is created as visual representation of a research paper for the course Myth, Magic and Mind. The topic is Persian and Hebrew typography and reshaping of culture. The poster is divided into two sections using a grid system based on triangles and beehives as an abstract reference to the Star of David shape. The overall design breaks the underlying grid to show the diversity of contemporary typography. A traditional border with Judeo-Persian patterns is placed on the topmost right corner to resemble a traditional marriage certificate. Elements from Islamic architecture are used as repeating patterns within the poster. Old stamps are created to reminisce Persian handcrafted documents.
